Bucharest apartments for rent short term service. Why it has a bad reputation?

Why not? Since only today I found some ads like:

“Short term apartments accommodation in Bucharest is a service developed from 1995, based on offering accommodation for tourists apart from those offered by the Ministry of Tourism.”
“We provide maximum discretion for people who stay in our apartments.”
And you may find such ads in newspapers and online, usually followed by “we do not accept salon” … probably refers to erotic massage salon. Or “we don’t accept escorts.”
Or “Central apartments for rent short term in P-ta Alba Iulia, Decebal, Unirii, fully equipped apartments and studios ,street view, internet wi-fi, TV, linen towels shower gel, girls previously, free parking, nonstop.”
Or “for rent short term 2 bedroom apartment, furnished and equipped, suitable for girls.”

There are dozens of private individuals who illegally practice this business of renting apartments for short term in Bucharest, but if you read carefully their illogical, inconsistent and paradoxical ads and after seeing a contact email address like …cazare@gmail.com, … hotel@gmail.com or …. ioncazare@yahoo.com, then dear customers you have sufficient data to ignore such ads and offers.
Because you will not be safe staying in unchecked apartments, belonging to private individuals, you will not get any invoice, you will not receive services, etc.
Choose the services of companies registered for accommodation that offers classified apartments in central locations.
Until things change we will suffer.
Our image is seriously wrinkled before even being perceived.
We unfortunately have to invent another expression for this accommodation service instead of “short term rental accommodation” especially in Bucharest.
