\nThe customer selects a company, make reservation for a specific apartment and at check in the customer get a completely different apartment belonging to another company.
\nFor most of those \u201ccompany\u201d making this business are not serious, have little interest for customers or customer’s rights.

\nMost of these “companies” have in direct portfolio only 2 or 3 apartments.
\nFor the rest they have the “collaboration” method.
\nAnd so the client knows he reserved and has confirmation on a 2 bedroom apartment located in Unirii Square and at the moment of check in he is heading to another apartment in …University Square or elsewhere in Bucharest on the grounds that the originally booked apartment is … occupied.

\nIf you dare to make deals and discounts for accommodation offers we have all chances to receive such reservations, the final customer will be lucky to be staying in our apartments but public comment and review will be dedicated to intermediary … whose credibility will increase … on our expense!
\nTherefore dear guests please ask for the exact address of the apartment you booked, don\u2019t accept late minute changes, unless a good reason is explained and in compensation you are being offered a better apartment for the same price.
\nThis is the only proof that you are dealing with a serious company.
